A trailblazer in politics, fundraising, and adventure, Jeromy made history as Calgary’s youngest councillor and first openly LGBTQ2+ municipal official. Beyond City Hall, he’s pushed boundaries—trekking 4,300 km from Mexico to Canada in 2022, raising $250,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters Calgary, and summiting 25 peaks in 25 days in 2023, raising $100,000 for The Alex Community Health Centre.

Now serving as CEO of the Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation, Jeromy continues to champion conservation and inspire communities. His leadership, resilience, and vision for Calgary make this race one to watch!

Courtney Cooper is a trailblazer in real estate technology and innovation. As a Partner at Alate Partners, a leading venture capital firm, she drives investments in transformative proptech and construction technology startups, reshaping how properties are designed, built, and managed.

Recognized on Maclean’s Power List in 2023 and 2024 as one of Canada’s top 100 influential figures, Courtney has over a decade of experience at the intersection of real estate, operations, and technology. She co-founded the Proptech Collective, Canada’s largest network of real estate and tech innovators, fostering collaboration across the industry.

Her career highlights include spearheading digital transformation initiatives at industry leaders like Dream and Great-West Life and championing innovative startups such as PadSplit and Promise Robotics. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in venture capital, Courtney’s contributions have earned her the Rising Woman Star Award from the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.

Brad Parry is the President and CEO of Calgary Economic Development (CED) and CEO of the Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund, roles he has held since 2022. With over two decades of leadership across public, private, and non-profit sectors, Brad is renowned for fostering high-performing teams, innovation, and growth.

Prior to leading CED, Brad served as Vice-President of Marketing and Communications, and held executive roles including CEO of Atlarge Consulting and Chief Marketing Officer at Intertainment Media. With expertise in marketing, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation, Brad has built a reputation for driving innovation and creating inclusive, data-driven organizational cultures.

Brad also serves on the Board of Directors at CED and the Calgary Film Centre Ltd. In 2023, he was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for his leadership and contributions to Alberta.
